New Design for Willow and Nicoll

After our Crash Analysis of the intersection of Willow St and Nicoll St, The City of New Haven Engineering Department has proposed a new design that will make the intersection safer for all. The new design features multiple traffic calming elements including curb extensions, a raised intersection, and raised medians. It's great to see The City of New Haven following Strong Towns principles.
